The School Cheer Division Limitations guide outlines the skill restrictions and requirements for Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, Non-Tumbling, and College Show Cheer divisions for the 2026–2027 season. It provides specific limitations for tumbling, stunts, pyramids, dismounts, and tosses in addition to applicable NFHS and USA Cheer rules.

The USA Cheer High School Cheer resource provides current NFHS/USA Cheer rules, annual rule changes, interpretations, and safety guidance for scholastic cheer programs.
